Operations Manager - Leicester - £50k per annum & £4k Car Allowance
Our client who are a well established and progressive Fire & Security company based in Leicestershire have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join their team.
This role will offer huge progression opportunities for an experienced manager who is looking to help grow and develop with the business and main duties of the role will be;
Managing a team of Co-ordinators - Maintenance & Install
Overseeing the Works Schedule
Assist the Maintenance Co-ordinator with closing of the daily jobs completed
To lead Monthly Team Meetings
Reporting weekly progress to Senior Management
Oversee all areas of the business from Sales, Design, Customer Service, Scheduling and Engineers.
What you will need;
Previous management experience within the Fire & Security sector
Excellent knowledge of the Fire & Security Industry - Fire, CCTV, Access Control etc
Able to lead, nurture and develop a team
Experience working to BAFE standards
People Management skills
CCTV/Security experience would be advantageous but not essential
Full UK Driving Licence
