Description

Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

Providing clerical and administrative support to the HR department

Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)

Coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)

Communicating with public services when necessary

Supporting the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and issuing employment contracts

Ensuring compliance with UK employment laws

Performing other related duties as assigned

Profile

A successful HR Assistant should have:

Proficiency in MS Office applications

Previous experience as a HR Administrator/HR Assistant or HR Officer.

Excellent communication skills

An understanding of HR functions and best practices

Familiarity with HR databases and HRIS systems

Knowledge of UK employment laws
