As an Internal Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in servicing our client base and winning new business. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our products/services, and closing deals. Your conversations will drive revenue and build lasting relationships.
Salary: £23,000 (OTE £38,000 - £45,000)
Monday to Friday, full time permanent
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid working)
The role:
Reach out to existing and potential clients via phone to inform them about our product or service.
Engage with existing customers to provide updates or offer additional solutions.
Use closing techniques to encourage commitment.
Respond to inquiries from customers about our products, pricing, features, and benefits.
Ask probing questions to understand the specific needs and preferences of each customer, tailoring your communication to align with their requirements.
Keep accurate records of interactions in CRM software.
Stay updated on industry trends, product enhancements, and competitor offerings.
Provide regular reports on progress, leads, and conversions.
