Day-to-day of the role:
Assist in the preparation and delivery of daily lessons and activities tailored to the needs of students within the PRU setting.
Provide one-to-one support to students, encouraging their engagement in learning and helping them to overcome educational barriers.
Work collaboratively with the teaching staff to monitor and track the progress of students.
Help to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your understanding of the specific needs of the students you’ll be working with.
Assist with the management of classroom behaviour, applying the strategies you’ll learn through training and mentorship.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
