Role & Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager:
Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic growth.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and regular audits to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement SEO best practices and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Partner with Marketing Managers, to oversee the creation of visually engaging display ads and banner designs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
Utilise advanced targeting options and audience segmentation techniques to optimise campaign performance.
Monitor and analyse campaign metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation and refinement.
Conduct comprehensive benchmarking and competitive analysis to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making.
Monitor competitors' digital marketing activities and industry trends, leveraging insights to stay ahead of the curve and maintain a competitive edge.
Establish KPIs and benchmarks to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives, continuously striving for improvement and innovation.
About You as the Digital Marketing Manager:
Extensive experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, CRO, social media, PPC, and display advertising.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive innovation.
Proven track record of driving results and achieving KPIs.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and teamwork with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams.
Advanced proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or certifications are a plus.
