Are you a qualified HLTA looking for a new role to help teach and support children?
I am currently recruiting for a Level 4/Higher level Teaching Assistant to start a role in a KS1 class in Solihull, starting a long-term position as soon as possible with very high potential of the contract being extended if the school feel you are the right fit.
You will be working 5 days a week and will be expected to complete PPA cover, interventions, assess and mark target groups and attend meetings and parents evenings.
Aspire people have worked with this school for a while and feedback is always positive from staff.
As an agency employed HLTA, the schools will expect you to maintain the standards of a permanent member of staff so the following is expected:
*Strong curriculum knowledge.
*Minimum Level 4 HLTA (or equivalent) qualification.
*Regular assessments of pupils.
*Able to plan and deliver lessons.
*Confident with classroom control]
