The Role:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's product positioning and go-to-market strategy. They are looking for an individual who has a proven track record of success in a scaling business environment and a demonstrated ability to transition a company from being feature-centric to solution-centric.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature enhancements.
Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging and positioning.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
Create and manage marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, product documentation, and case studies.
Lead efforts to transition the company from a features-led approach to a solutions-led approach.
Experience in transitioning to larger clients with a focus on targeting Enterprise clients
What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ Years of experience in product marketing, in a SaaS environment.
Proven experience in a scaling business, contributing to the growth of a company.
Track record of successfully transitioning a company from features-led to solutions-led marketing.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
