Business Analyst

Are you a graduate with a degree in business analysis or similar? Do you have experience using MS Excel to advanced level, or PowerBI?
We are seeking a Junior Business Development Analyst for a repeat client in the Feltham area who are a leading airline company, servicing more than 500 worldwide destinations! This role is pivotal in optimising the company's digital footprint, supporting the development and usage of online booking portals, and promoting other online services in line with their e-Policy. The successful candidate will play a lead role in the e-Freight project and e-Strategy, working closely with central and local teams to enhance the digital customer journey and maximize revenue. This is a 1-year, fixed term contract, working Monday-Friday from 9a until 5pm.
Day to Day of the role: Collect, integrate, and analyse online usage data, presenting findings in a clear and comprehensible manner.
Drive improvements based on data analysis and coordinate actions with relevant departments.
Monitor and analyse digital channel performance and e-revenues, steering towards optimal online customer usage.
Juggle multiple projects, develop and present performance insights to stakeholders and customers.
Manage e-Booking portal updates, communications, and training for other employees.
Address technical and non-technical concerns related to booking portals.
Support mail and phone system management, ensuring system functionality and stability.
Develop customer-specific plans in collaboration with the Commercial team to realize e-Business potential.
Enhance relationships with existing and potential customers, promoting the benefits of digital tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications: University degree in Business Analysis or similar (essential).
Hands-on experience with business analysis with advanced experience using MS Excel and/or PowerBI (essential).
Knowledge of e-Booking portals (desirable).
Familiarity with reservation systems such as AFLS, WebCargoNet, Cargo.One, CargoWise (desirable).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and opportunities.
Proven project management skills, able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication & relationship building abilities.
Benefits & Package: Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 DOA
