A Teaching Assistant is needed for an outstanding special educational needs (SEN) school in North London for primary school students.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with students who require additional support , either one-on-one or in small groups.
Willingness to do personal care is preferred.

Your responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant may include:
Working with and supporting students with learning difficulties and complex needs , which may include students with autistic spectrum disorder (ASD), or challenging behaviour.
Providing academic support, either one-on-one or in a small group.
Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom culture and providing emotional support when needed.
Implementing behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive and safe learning environment.

Assisting with lesson planning and delivery .

To be a Teaching Assistant you will need:
The right to work in the UK .
A clear and up-to-date DBS .
Experience working as a Teaching Assistant.
A patient, kind attitude with a passion to support SEN students and a keen interest in child development.
