Description
Manage and maintain the accounts receivable and credit control processes
Process and reconcile payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment
Evaluate customer creditworthiness and establish credit limits
Resolve client discrepancies and short payments
Coordinate with the sales team to support credit application process
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
Comply with all regulations and laws within the retail industry
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
A strong understanding of financial regulations and laws
Excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to work under pressure
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
An educational background in finance, accounting or a related field
Job Offer
An hourly wage of around £13.50 to £16.50
