There will be a particular focus on the Carbon Footprinting Project and social best practices and compliance initiatives across the business.The ESG Officer will support the People Operations Compliance Manager to steer the future direction of CMS’s ESG practices and support with enhancing CMS’s reputation and relationships with investors, customers, suppliers, employees and government agencies. This is a supporting role, critical to the success of ESG awareness across the business, and will help to set accurate targets to reduce company emissions as well as to support the implementation of key processes and policies across the CMS Group.The role will be gathering information from many functions across the business, so understanding competing priorities and building relationships across departments is key.
