What will you get up to?
As Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will:
Oversee all Restaurant and bars operation.
Oversee staff recruitment and training.
Assist with yearly appraisal with the team members.
Support running a relaxed fine-dining restaurant
Report to the Food & Beverage Manager
Ideally have Rosette or Michelin or fully-serviced hotel F&B background.
Have ability to work under pressure.
Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional levels of customer service.
