Overview
Based in Tamworth, an ever-growing Property company are wanting to expand their team. The company are looking for a new Bookkeeper to come in and hit the ground running. We are looking for an individual who is out-going, goal driven and confident. This is a great chance for a Bookkeeper to have involvement in both day to day and month end responsibilities.
You will be entrusted to manage the General Ledger, from purchase ledger, sales invoicing and inter-company accounting. You will support team by preparing and reviewing accruals and prepayment, as well as Bi-weekly cashflow forecasting. Using your knowledge, you will be responsible for the Trail balance and producing monthly packs for the board to review. Working in a super friendly, supportive team, you will experience exposure to all areas of finance.
Skills required
Experience within a similar role to help you settle into the role quickly.
A willingness to get involved with all aspects of the business.
A basic understanding of Excel, and ideally XERO software.
Have great communication skills, both in person and over digital.
Have the ability to work autonomously and having a keen eye for detail to spot any errors that may arise.
