About the Role
As a Technical Production Manager , you'll lead the way in planning and managing the technical elements of our projects. This involves everything from staging and lighting to audio and special effects. You'll oversee on-site teams and suppliers, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of health, safety, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning : Turn client briefs into technical blueprints with precision and creativity .
Budget Management: Produce accurate quotes and keep projects on track financially.
Site Management : Conduct site inspections and manage on-site teams.
Supplier Coordination : Work with a range of suppliers to source and manage the right equipment.
Health & Safety : Prioritize safety in all aspects of project delivery.
Project Reconciliation : Reconcile budgets and resources after each event to ensure cost accuracy.
What You'll Need
Experience : A background in AV or technical production, preferably in an events agency.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in design software like Capture and WYSIWYG, and a good understanding of audio systems, LED screens, and projectors.
Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage logistics.
Communication : Excellent communication skills, with a talent for building strong relationships.
Problem-Solving : A proactive approach to solving problems on the fly.
Flexibility : Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
