Day to day of the role: Deliver content that reflects the brand’s tone of voice with high accuracy, including social media posts, blogs, webpages, guides, and case studies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, handling all social-related queries or requests.
Manage the brand’s social media channels, including content creation, writing, and scheduling using CMS.
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce multimedia content for the company’s website and social media platforms.
Create effective newsletter campaigns with clear calls to action to drive website traffic.
