Full time role based in lovely offices with free parking on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre.
Responsibilities will include:
Processing orders on behalf of customers
Working with internal systems to confirm orders
Producing reports
Working with Amazon and other sellers on their ecommerce platforms listing products for purchase
Interacting with both external and internal customers in a timely and effective way in order to provide exceptional customer service
Updating internal systems
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience working in a process driven role
Experience processing ecommerce orders
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Good IT skills, including Microsoft packages and email
