PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR WANTED FOR PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
ARE YOU ORGANISED, PROFESSIONAL AND CONFIDENT WITH ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE
SALARY £25-27,000 DOE
My client has an exciting opportunity for an EXPERIENCED PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR to join their very busy department. They are looking for a strong Administrator to work closely with the two Managing Directors. Administration experience is essential along with excellent computer skills.
Brief Role Description:
Preparing and typing of letters and emails
Appointment making for Directors
Taking and making of calls
Filing and updating records
Ensuring all documents maintained accurately
Collating figures
Updating records
Other general administration duties when required
Person Specification:
Excellent communication skills
Professional and presentable
Excellent attention to detail & accuracy
Reliable & highly organised with ability to multi-task and prioritise work load effectively
Ability to work well under pressure
Self motivated
Team player
Confident in acting on own initiative
Good level of common sense
Strong work ethic with can do attitude
Trustworthy & discreet with confidential information & client data
Working hours Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm
