General overview: We’re looking for an analytical, energetic individual with a genuine passion for marketing, to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires someone who is commercially driven, curious, and motivated by positive business outcomes.You will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and leveraging marketing data from a variety of sources to drive informed decision-making and optimise marketing strategies across our product portfolio.You will be part of a collaborative marketing team that works closely together in a similar way to a small agency – providing vital support and resources to a network of business units in the UK and Australia, for both B2B and B2C audiences.Responsibilities: Data analysis and interpretationCollect and analyse marketing data from various sources, including internal sales data and CRM systems, digital platforms, and external sourcesConduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, opportunities and insights related to sales and marketing performancetracking and reportingand evaluate the performance of marketing and sales activity across multiple channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, telesales, direct) to assess effectiveness and ROIand present regular reports to communicate key findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholdersresearchmarket research to identify industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapeinsights on market opportunities and threats to inform marketing strategiessegmentation and profilingcustomer data to segment and profile the target audience, to enable effective marketing activity and drive salesand teamworkcollaboratively with the Marketing team to support data-driven decision-makingother marketing activities from time to time, to ensure the delivery of the overall department objectiveswith other teams as required to integrate marketing insights into broader business strategies.learning and developmentupdated on industry trends, best practices, AI and other emerging technologies in marketing analytics and insightsin training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and expertiseUltimately, your work will provide essential insight to enable the development and implementation of marketing strategies that contribute towards business growth, for our central Training business and offices across the UK and Australia.Core Competenciesdegree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus+ years of experience in marketing analytics, market research, or a related rolein data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel)analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillscuriosity, a positive, can-do attitude and a desire to innovatecommunication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsoriented with a strong attention to accuracy and qualityof digital marketing channels
