As the Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing programmes and complex projects, ensuring they are defined and set up for success. ?? Key Responsibilities:
Plan and set up Programmes using appropriate governance and delivery methodologies

Proactively manage programme risks and issues
Validate technical solution designs to meet business needs

�? Skills & Experience:
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, our client is seeking candidates with the following skills and experience:
5-10 years of Programme Manager experience in the Automotive/Manufacturing industry - Desirable
Proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise-wide projects
Strong hands-on approach with solid finance management skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in programme & project management, with an emphasis on governance
Capacity to navigate through difficult situations and motivate teams
Proficient in escalation management and risk mitigation
?? Additional Requirements:
Practical knowledge of core project management techniques and methods
Experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies
Degree or Diploma in Computing/Business Administration or equivalent - Ideal
Advanced Project & Programme Management accreditation, e.g., Prince2, Agile/SAFe - Ideal

12-month temporary contract plus extension
Full-time working pattern with the option for hybrid working
