My client are an International Firm who are specialists in their field looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join their team in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known business whose clients are global, household names.

The ideal candidate must have previous Administration experience and ideally be familiar working with numerical data.

As a Finance Administrator your duties will include:

Produce accurate invoices for clients

Assist with preparation of reports

Assist in finding solutions to billing requirements

Monitor and respond to emails in the shared inbox

Provide general assistance to the Billing and Finance team

As a Finance Administrator you will have the following skills:

Previous Administration experience is essential

Previous experience working within a Finance environment is ideal

Proficient on Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Highly organised

Strong attention to detail
