HR Manager, Multi-Site 3 - 4 days on site per week £55,000 - £60,000 + car allowance, up to 15% bonus and a home based contract
Oxfordshire with multi- site responsibility
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager who enjoys multi-site, operational work.
Having a home based contract, all travel is expensed, you will have experience within a large organisation and ideally in the manufacturing or similar sector environment. This role will give full scope to drive operational HR and the organisation is looking for someone keen to identify areas of improvement and drive change.
DUTIES
The role will be to work closely with site managers and deliver an end to end HR service to around 200 employees across 4 sites all within approx. 40/50 mile radius fo Oxford, the expectation is 3 - 4 days on site a week, you will be able to manage your own diary to suit business needs
You will enjoy working closely with management to drive best practice operationally, with a focus on continuous improvement working with line managers and site managers
Driving engagement, culture and DEI, you will work with the Senior HRBP (who the role reports to) and drive the organisation's strategic objectives
Leading all ER end to end including all disciplinary and grievances and understanding the root cause of recurring issues to manage and coach line managers to minimise future cases
Working with the recruitment team to hire for your locations as well as supporting with compliance and employment contracts via the people operations team
Set goals, objectives and work closely with the employee workforce to support with all HR enquiries
Analyse data and utilise this to understand areas of improvement
Work on projects across the HR spectrum to improve processes and other relevant topics identified.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A strong HR Manager / HR Generalist / HR Business Partner background
Experience across all areas of HR including but not limited to ER, policy and process, recruitment, engagement, projects.
Operational hands on experience, ideally in a manufacturing or similar environment.
A strong communicator, relationship builder and have a pragmatic and hands on approach, enjoying being present on site.
Multi-site and large company experience highly desirable.
