You will be leading our logistics team in Manchester, to organise and deliver running events in the North & Midlands.Main Duties and Responsibilities:- Managing the logistics team to meet departmental goals and timelines- Manage event preparation, packing and testing equipment for weekly events- Warehouse Management; regular stock taking, ordering new equipment and product, receiving deliveries and maintaining equipment/vehicles- Checking venues and courses pre-event for any potential hazards.- Assisting course team in race route set up; positioning signage, cones, dropping off course marshals, water stations etc- Lead cycling for events; guiding the runners around the course and checking for any issues that need to be addressed- Debriefing after events, analysing areas to improve and how to do so in weekly team meetingsIdeal Candidate:The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in working in live events, an interest in running and be a fast learner.
