Leading the brand development in the dynamic UK market, driving innovative strategies for exponential growth and market dominance
Managing and and inspiring the sales team to achieve peak performance and excellence in every endeavor
Retaining direct sales focus in the South, cultivating distributor relationships
Collaborating closely with the marketing team to craft and execute visionary plans that fuel sales expansion and market penetration
About you:
Educated to degree level within a Scientific or Engineering discipline
A proven track record of successfully selling a life science product into labs and research institutions
Previous experience leading a sales team and managing direct reports
The package:
£60,000 - £75,000, OTE £100,000
Car/car allowance
Hybrid - site visits based around the golden triangle (London, Oxford, Cambridge)
