Key Responsibilities
As a Lettings Valuer at Johns&Co, you will:
Arrange and carry out Market Appraisals.
Continuously source new business opportunities.
Gain comprehensive knowledge of the surrounding area, including schools, developments, and local amenities
Play a key role in helping to grow and maintain our managed portfolio.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and Lettings legislations.
Who We're Looking For
To excel in this role, you'll need:
Previous experience in client/landlord management.
Comprehensive understanding of the entire lettings process and current legislation
Knowledge of new builds and the completions process.
Confidence in independent work and innovative strategies for sourcing business.
ARLA Qualified (desirable)
Driving Licence (essential)
Strong negotiation abilities.
