An established company in Nottingham is seeking a talented Payroll Professional to join their friendly finance department!
In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of their payroll operations.
They're open to applications from both Payroll Managers and Payroll Administrators!
About the Role:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the payroll department (Manager role)
Support the Payroll Administrator in processing payroll (Administrator role)
Communicate effectively with clients via email and telephone
Process weekly and monthly payrolls using Sage and other cloud-based software (training will be provided)
Register new payrolls and pension schemes (NHS knowledge desirable)
Issue clients with clear and accurate payroll reports
Ensure compliance with RTI (Real Time Information) regulations
Make submissions to pension providers
Resolve payroll-related queries promptly and efficiently
You'll be a great fit if you have:
3+ years of experience in a payroll role (experience with a client/bureau background is a plus!)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential)
