You will…
Be responsible for leading the monthly retail S&OP process and ensuring that the retail forecasting system reflects the latest demand plan
Work collaboratively with the retail team to improve each retail forecast
Support with new product forecasting, new retail launches and liaise with the Senior Retail Operations Manager to work on any short term forecast changes
Improve tools and processes they use to forecast and implement changes to improve forecast accuracy over time
About you
3 + years experience in Demand Planning in an FMCG business
Experience with S&OP/IBP
Strong analytical skills (Excel + ERP)
Great attention to detail, and a constant drive to improve the status quo
Ability to build cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Finance, Sales and Operations teams
