Our client is a world class leader of mechanical, electrical and public health services , they provide the design, management, delivery of the most technically challenging MEP schemes with sustainability in the heart of their work. They are currently seeking an Electrical Project Manager from an industrial and commercial Electrical services background.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for managing multiple Electrical installation projects across the commercial, health, education, and industrial sectors. Typically, projects are located within the local region of the head office in Leeds, although travel further afield may be required.
- Delivering projects from post Estimate through to completion.
- Procurement of materials, Labour, and all Subcontract packages.
- Produce Procurement Charts, RFI’s, Tech Submittals etc.
- Management of directly employed and sub-contract/specialist labour.
- Management of design process from Stage 4 to Completion.
- Overseeing HSE activities.
- Commercial Awareness, Variations, Applications, Cost Control.
- Liaising with clients, attending and/ or chair project meetings.
- Overseeing multiple projects and ensuring a high quality of Electrical services installation.
- Programming, planning, and reporting of all project management activities.
