Job Type: Perm
Hours: Mon-Fri 0800-1700 Roles and Responsibilities:
Creation of 3D models using AutoCAD Plant 3D
Create and modify 2D plans using AutoCAD
Create and modify 2D P&IDs using AutoCAD
Display and coordination of 3D Models using Autodesk Navisworks
Responsible for layouts and design of equipment, pipe supports, process and utilities pipework.
Prepare and update layout, installation, and 3D drawings for projects
Review plans, specifications and other customer documentation
Liaise with external clients and team members
Managing customer requirements and expectations with respect to CAD in accordance with ISO9001
Understanding and incorporating client designs
Creation of drawings
Issuing drawings
Stakeholder Management skills and self-motivated and able to work autonomously, to deadlines and within budget.
Requirements:
AutoCAD (from version 2016) Software Training
5 Years CAD / Navisworks experience
CSCS card
HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering preferred, although other engineering qualifications will be considered.
Full clean Driving license
