The candidate's responsibilities include:
* High volume invoice processing
* Ensuring automation software works as required and highlighting areas of improvement and efficiencies.
* Timely and accurate payment processing
* Set up new supplier accounts.
* Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
* Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries.
* Resolve and respond to supplier queries
* Bank Reconciliation.
* Coordinating with the management accounts team to ensure our monthly results are delivered.
* Building professional & positive relationships with suppliers
