Job Overview
We are looking for a talented Sales Administrator to join our team. This role is office based,
working in the sales office supporting the Account Managers and all sales functions. You’ll be managing our quotation administration, liaising with customers on a daily basis regarding.
quotations and our service delivery, initiating visits where required to customers from our Account Managers and managing the company’s social media. As an integral member of the sales team, you’ll assist customers with their enquiries and direct enquiries where needed to other departments.
Responsibilities
Quote Administration
* Enter quote enquiries into our bespoke ERP system, send completed quotations to customers and follow up with customers at regular intervals regarding quotations.
* Process orders once received handing over to the planning and production teams.
Customer Management
* Supporting the Account Managers, you will keep in regular contact with customers to check on requirements, offer service visits if required and help maintain relationships with our customers.
* Listen to feedback from customers, share this information with the Account Managers and through monthly sales meetings to help improve our service.
