As the Senior Residential Support Worker, you will mentor, support and coach new team members and draw upon your experience to manage any challenges that may arise; no two days are the same. For our children you will provide emotional support, establish strong relationships, boundaries and routines, and create a warm and nurturing home environment. You will promote each child and young person’s needs, champion them, and support them to fulfil their potential.
