A UK-wide contract service provider that is part of a major PLC is looking for a Field Sales Executive who likes running a territory as their own business and enjoys being empowered to manage their own diary. Along with an uncapped OTE of £51,000, you will also receive a company car + fuel card, mobile phone, and laptop, up to 25 days holiday per year plus B/H, and a good work-life balance, the understand that family comes first!
This is a Regional Sales role covering Cardiff, Newport, Hereford and Gloucester. You will be supported with appointments supplied by a central telesales team.
As a Field Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:
Selling into industry sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, food preparation, motor trade, construction, chemical processing, and many others.
Identifying leads.
Canvassing for new customers.
Handling objections.
Closing new business contracts
Working as part of a team in a dedicated area with defined, achievable targets.
What we’re looking for in a Field Sales Executive:
You will need to have proven sales experience in the field preferably in a contractual context and you will need a full UK driving licence.
A hard-working, self-motivated individual who isn’t afraid to try new things and challenge themselves.
Your consultative sales approach supports your strengths, and you take your prospects on a journey, ultimately leading to the sale.
