Customer Experience Insights Analyst- Temporary Contract
Here at Saint Gobain Interior Solutions, we’re offering a temporary contract working as a Customer Experience Insights Analyst based at our site in East Leake, Loughborough. This is a hybrid role split between WFH and office.

What will I be doing?
The Customer Experience Insight Analyst role will navigate multiple data sources to harness the power of data to drive decisions and inform customer centric innovation.
This role involves gathering, interpreting, and analysing data to derive actionable insight. Then working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to communicate insight and influence strategies that improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience.
What will I need to be considered?
experience in data analysis, market research or a similar role focused on customer insights.
in various methods of data collection such as surveys, interviews, and field studies. Plus, the ability to analyse and synthesize the results to derive meaningful insight
of Power BI will be great but not a must. Experience of other data visualization tools will be considered.
