Planned Preventative Maintenance across a range of equipment and machinery, including conveyors, extruders, mixers, driers etc.
Dealing with machinery breakdowns and problems, fault finding, diagnostics and repairs.
PLC trouble-shooting and fault finding - Siemens S5 & S7, and Mitsubishi - Siemens mainly - and S5's are planned for upgrade to S7's
Assisting with planned shut-downs and project work, refurbishing machines and replacing worn parts.
Requirements
Completed a recognized Electrical Engineering Apprenticeship, this could be in Industrial, Production or Manufacturing environments
Maintenance experience; dealing with machinery or equipment problems and breakdowns and/or completing preventative maintenance of plant/industrial machinery
PLC knowledge - fault finding - any PLC's considered
Any experience of SOME/ANY of the following; Sensors, Relays, Servo Drives, AC or DC Motors, Control Panels, Contactors, 3 phase etc.
Happy to work in a medium/heavy plant environment
Friendly and adaptable working attitude
Willing to take on and complete further training as part of your growth and development in the factory and company
