Our Yorkshire based client develop and manufacture a range of products for desk-top instrumentation. They are actively recruiting for an English/Italian speaking Technical Support Engineer
Duties for this position will include :-
Providing technical support / contact for customers and clients alike in an established area
Responsibility for day to day contact with customers and clients via both email and phone
Answering product related technical questions and general sales related enquiries.
Translating and writing technical sales literature for product documentation
Please note this is predominantly desk role, based working within a small technical team, full technical, and product training and support will be given.
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre within Physical Sciences and will also be bi-lingual, with English + Italian. You must have a good scientific background and the ability to pick up product knowledge and technical information quickly; in order to liaise with scientific professionals confidently. Excellent IT and Communication skills desired.
This is a permanent position offering an attractive depending on skills and experience)
