Chef de Partie

The Department is currently seeking to recruit a Chef de Partie to prepare high-quality meals and fine dining for events and private bookings, as well as supervising junior staff.
About the role
The kitchen team is a small friendly team which produces excellent food, from only fresh products and seeking local produce where we can.
This is a full-time position working 36.5 hours per week, five out of seven days (mostly straight shifts). The Department operates for 50 weeks of the year and usually closes over the Christmas and New Year period.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a Commis Chef role within the hospitality industry. You will also have good culinary skills, good communication skills (both written and verbal), good IT literacy skills (including MS Excel and Word), flexibility and adaptability in your approach to work, and an awareness of health and safety standards and requirements.
