The Facilities Manager will responsible for the day-to-day organisation of work and the allocation of tasks, the tracking of work progress, stock management, and ensuring that planned and reactive maintenance plans meet the needs of both the operational demands of the establishment as well as the contractual requirements set by the customer.
The successful Facilities Manager will be responsible for:
* assisting in the development of maintenance plans that ensure that the establishment is safe and compliant both with statutory requirements and with the requirements of the contract
* planning programme maintenance activities according to the SFG20 programme held in the CAFM system and prioritising work in a hierarchy of safety, compliance, and contractual requirements
