Your role -
Full time ANP post
Support in areas such as minor illness, injury, minor ailments and acute on the day appointments
Manage Long-term conditions and complex care
Telephone triage and F2F consultations
Working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary general practice team
You will be at least 5 years post reg
Be able to work autonomously
Masters or equivalent qualifications is essential
Independent Prescribing - Desirable
