Inclusive Consulting is delighted to be partnered with our highly regarded professional services client in their search for an organised Senior Practice Administrator in Leeds.
This role would see you joining a team of practice administrators and assisting with the firm's overall resource management, communication management within the firm and with external clients. You will also work to build relationships with legal professionals and negotiate fees with clients on a case-by-case basis.
Reporting to the Assistant Practice Director, you will oversee financial records and agreements, and take charge of diary management. You will also have a hand in client management, allocating them to the most appropriate individual, so you should work to understand the expertise and experience offered across the firm.
This is a hands-on role that requires a levelheaded individual who can make decisions under pressure.. We are looking for a good negotiator with fantastic attention to detail and a passion for building relationships. This is a crucial role that provides an opportunity to spur the development of a well-respected national firm.
Practice Manager - Key Responsibilities: Keep up to date with legal changes that are relevant to the firm
Support the organisation and delivery of seminars and events to build relationships with potential and current clients
Resolve fee queries professionally and in a timely manner
Work to support the firm in its day-to-day practices and advise on solutions when problems arise
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives
Client and diary management, with an oversight of the organisations skills and availability
Build relationships with individuals both internal and external to the business
Practice Manager - Key Attributes:
Experienced in family law, trusts, wills, and inheritance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
Ability to prioritise and to work to deadlines.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Open-minded to new ideas and ways of working.
Willingness to learn and seek advice from others.
Considerate and logical when making judgements and decisions.
