Sales Estimator role dealing with a high end manufactured range of windows
Liaising with main contractors, house builders and developers for new build and commercial projects
Will be responsible for taking enquiries from clients over the phone and email
Analyse drawings and specifications to gain a full understanding of projects
Writing up quotes on the back of enquiries and talking through the quote with the client
Build and develop relationships with clients throughout the process to encourage repeat business
Dealing with projects ranging in value from £2,000k - £1,000,000
100% of your time will be spent in the office
The ideal applicant will be a Sales Estimator - Windows with:
Must have sales or estimating experience within the construction manufacturing industry
Highly advantageous if experienced in the glass, glazing, windows, doors, fenestration market sector
Must have a good understanding of technical drawings and building regulations
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to build and develop relationships
Wanting to forge a career
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
