Great opportunity for an Account Manager to join a people focused Healthcare Communications agency. This role would be perfect for an excellent communicator who will be responsible for delivering client projects and identifying opportunities for new business! Job responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain strong and trusted relationships with all clients
Proactively identify client needs and new opportunities for the agency
Organically and pro-actively grow the business in line with account plans
Ensure projects are driven and delivered on time, on budget and on client strategy
Regularly review projects with clients and internal teams
Maintain an open and positive culture within the client services team
Skills and Experience:
18+ months’ experience in an accounts and/or communications role within a healthcare agency
Proven experience of gaining, growing and maintaining client relationships
Experience in managing multiple communications projects at the same time, including planning, delivery and evaluation
Experience in domestic and international markets
