Collins King & Associates is working with a leading events company in South East London, which is seeking a talented Pastry Sous Chef to join their vibrant team.
In this role, you will:
Play a vital role in crafting delicious and innovative desserts for a variety of high-profile events
Work alongside our Executive Pastry Chef to develop and maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation
Oversee daily pastry production, ensuring efficiency and adherence to deadlines
Motivate and guide a team of pastry chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Possess a strong eye for detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene
We are looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end catering or events environment
Demonstrates exceptional creativity and a mastery of various pastry techniques (cakes, tarts, mousses, chocolates, etc.)
Possesses excellent leadership and communication skills
Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
