Job Purpose Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, working closely with the Audit Manager to ensure service excellence.
This role is split by 80% audit and 20% accounts/tax.
Plan audit engagements and lead onsite teams.
Preparation of accounts and tax computations.
Be a go-to advisor for clients, building professional relationships and adopting a proactive approach to problem solving.
Oversee junior team members, including managing workflow, reviewing work, and identifying training opportunities.
Work closely with Partners to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met.

Job Requirements ACA / ACCA/ or equivalent qualified
Experience leading external audits from planning to completion
Good understanding of UK GAAP and FRS 102
Previous client facing experience with good relationship building skills
Strong working knowledge of audit and accounting software.
Confident using the Microsoft Office suite.
Good time management and a positive, can-do attitude when working under pressure.
A team player who is eager to support the wider team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbally.
