Currently the business is sitting at 110 heads, with a large presence in the North East. They've recently expanded into Leeds, and are looking to replicate their 40-head Newcastle office over the coming years.

You'll be joining a recruitment firm that billed 300% of their target last quarter, surrounding yourself with high players like this will undoubtedly improve your skillset.
The plan is to grow the Leeds office into a Regional & International search hub, with scope to hire 20 heads over the next year, recruiters who get their foot in the door now will be a solid foundation for growth and the first point of contact to becoming management level.
