The Position
We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead on an elevated classic cocktail programme and inspire, teach and train the front of house & bar team on exceptional drinks service. Our Bar Manager will lead on the creation of a cocktail menu that has its foundations in the classics whilst complementing our food menu with seasonal and sustainable considerations. The Candidate

Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of financials, previous evidence of achieved targets and an entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach to profitability.
Experience of the pace and demands of a new opening is highly desirable.
A strong background in wine and/or experience in coffee is preferred.
The Restaurant
Featuring a reimagining of the iconic Barbary horseshoe kitchen counter, the 75-cover affair will also include a dining room and dedicated cocktail bar, as we bring the Barbarian experience to the Notting Hill neighbourhood. The menu finds its origins in the beloved elemental cooking of The Barbary, whilst breaking new ground to offer an elevated dining experience.
