As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in managing complex ER cases and providing comprehensive HR support. This is a HR Generalist role within an established team to ensure best practices are followed and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management
Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for management and staff
Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies
Foster strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
Profile
HR Advisor - Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar HR Advisor role within the manufacturing industry
Strong expertise in managing complex ER cases
Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
CIPD qualification (or working towards it) is desirable
