To be considered for the role you will be:
Level 5 in Leadership & Management or willing to work towards
Proven track record managing a similar service
Excellent working knowledge of CQC & legislation
Good financial understanding and managing a budget
Ability to hit the ground running
Effective & inclusive leadership & management style
Remuneration
£36,000pa
