Day to Day Duties
Engage, coordinate and direct the warehouse operations team, ensuring that all KPIs are met.
Work alongside the Warehouse Manager to train on SOPs and development plans.
Actively enforce health and safety disciplines within the workplace.
Assisting with stock management and cost control.
Ensure best working practices and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Take ownership of quality, ensuring that products leaving the warehouse meet the required standards.
As a Warehouse Team Leader you will be required to use a FLT Forklift, Reach or Counterbalance as part of your daily duties
Essential Skills
Previous experience within a warehouse supervisory or team lead role.
Forklift truck certification Reach & Counterbalance in addition to MHE, IPAF and T20.
Excellent communication skills are a must.
Desirable Experience
Excellent organisational skills are desirable.
A right first time attitude.
What training is provided?
A full, paid induction will be offered on day one. Training will be provided 'on the job' and ongoing.
