We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced hotel operations manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth running of our hotel. Overseeing all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance

Developing and implementing strategies to improve guest experience and satisfaction

Participating in the development and implementation of hotel policies and procedures
Developing and implementing crisis management plans and protocols

Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as a hotel operations manager or in a similar role
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and stakeholders
Strong financial management skills with the ability to maximize revenue and control costs
Strong knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred
