Are you a skilled and experienced Mechanical Manager seeking an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on a high-profile project? Look no further! We are seeking a talented Mechanical Manager to oversee and lead on the delivery of all mechanical elements involved in a large new build regeneration scheme based in Shoreditch Park.
You will:
Review project programs, contracts, and design specifications.
Coordinate subcontractor management and procurement.
Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Conduct inspections and maintain QA documentation.
Provide safety talks and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements:
Experience in the design, procurement and onsite delivery of mechanical services for new build and/or cut and carve projects.
Degree or qualifications in mechanical/building services related fields.
Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and safety practices.
Familiarity with 4 Projects software for referencing and issuing drawings.
Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on meeting project milestones.
Ability to lead progress meetings and maintain accurate records.
